ProzariPROZARI
ProzariGantt Timeline

The Gantt that
project managers asked for.

MS-Project-grade scheduling, right inside your workspace. Drag to create tasks, reschedule with the mouse, draw dependency arrows between bars, and surface the critical path — all without leaving the timeline.

What you get

Six gestures, zero modal friction.

Drag a date range to create a task

Click-and-drag on any list row, type the title inline, hit Enter — done. Five creation paths in total: toolbar add, per-list add row, double-click, drag-range, drag-from-bar-to-link.

Drag bars to reschedule and resize

Grab any Gantt bar to move it horizontally. Drag its left edge to change start; right edge to change due. Drag the mint handle from one bar to another to add a blocked-by dependency. Day-grid snapping. Live ghost previews.

Critical-path highlight

One toolbar toggle computes the longest blocked chain via topological DFS. Bars and arrows on the critical path light up amber — you see exactly which tasks decide your ship date.

Swimlanes by any dimension

Group bars by Assignee, Label, Priority, Sprint, or List. Cards with multiple assignees appear in each lane (MS-Project style). Switch views without reloading.

Click-to-delete dependencies

Hover any dependency arrow — a red X badge appears at the midpoint. One click removes the link. No menu-diving, no modal round-trip.

Today line + zoom levels

Vertical "today" rule keeps you anchored as the timeline scrolls. Zoom presets for day, week, month, quarter — same data, different density.

Five creation paths

From spark to scheduled in one gesture.

Frequently asked questions

How does this compare to MS Project?

MS Project is the desktop incumbent — powerful but heavy, expensive, and isolated from where your team actually works. Prozari ships an MS-Project-grade Gantt that sits next to your boards, sprints, OKRs, and docs in the same workspace. Drag to create, drag to reschedule, drag to link. Critical path. Swimlanes. Today line. All without ever leaving your project tool.

How are dependencies represented?

A dependency is a "blocked-by" link between two cards (Card B is blocked by Card A means A must finish before B can start). On the Gantt, that draws an arrow from A’s right edge to B’s left edge. Drag the mint handle on any bar to another bar to create one; hover an arrow and click the red X badge to delete.

How is the critical path computed?

A topological depth-first search across the dependency graph. The critical path is the longest blocked chain — the sequence of tasks where any slip pushes the project end-date. Toggle the toolbar switch and Prozari highlights every bar and arrow on that chain in amber.

Does Gantt drag-create persist the start date?

Yes — every drag-create gesture sets both startDate and dueDate on the new card and persists them through the same Cards API used by the board. The fix to handle freshly-created bars before the server round-trip completes shipped in v2.5.

Can I print or export the Gantt?

PDF export is shipping next quarter. For now, browser print works (the Gantt SVG renders cleanly to print) and the underlying card data exports to CSV/Excel for stakeholder reporting.
