Questions about the apps
Do I need a separate account for each app?
No. One Prozari account works everywhere — web, Mac, iPhone and Android. On the Mac app you sign in through prozari.com in your browser, so Google sign-in, SSO and two-factor all work as usual.
Is the Mac app free?
Yes. The apps are free to download and use with any Prozari plan, including the free plan. Paid plans are managed on prozari.com.
What does the Mac app need?
macOS 14 Sonoma or later, on Apple silicon or Intel Macs. It is a native app — about a 7 MB download, light on memory and battery — signed and notarized by Right Pitch Nigeria Limited.
How do updates work?
The Mac and Windows apps update themselves: new versions download in the background and install when you restart. Phone apps update through the App Store and Google Play.
Windows says “Windows protected your PC”. Is it safe?
Yes. Windows shows this for new apps it hasn’t seen many times yet. Click More info, then Run anyway. Prozari installs just for your Windows account, needs no admin rights, and updates itself from prozari.com.
Is there a Linux app?
Not yet — it’s on the way. Until then, everything works in your browser at app.prozari.com and chat.prozari.com.
